Who would have thought that raw fish cooked with acidic lemon and lime juice would be one of the tastiest things on the planet? What’s crazier: That dish goes particularly well with fermented hops and barley. It’s an unlikely pairing, but after SuViche restaurant and Gravity Brewlab’s ceviche and beer dining experience, you’ll become a believer.
At this unique tasting event, guests will sample four ceviche dishes — three traditional and one “special” — prepared by SuViche chefs. Each will be paired with a specially crafted beer prepared by Gravity Brewlab. The owner of SuViche and founder of Gravity Brewlab will tip off the event by explaining how they arrived at the special pairings and why each ceviche matches its beer partner, giving information on factors like aroma and flavor.
