Latina hottie Eva Longoria may be best known for playing one of the titular spoiled brats on the TV series Desperate Housewives. But she’s not just another pretty face in Hollywood. A Dark Truth , also starring Andy Garcia and Forest Whitaker, is the story of a former CIA operative who travels to South America when a whistleblower hires him to collect evidence of a massacre her company carried out in a village there. Chaos swirls as the job pits the protagonist against military forces, activist opposition, and an ever-decreasing water supply.
