Every Monday in June, STK Miami offers free champagne for the ladies from 8 to 10 p.m., a live DJ spinning house classics to get your groove on, and complimentary mini makeovers provided by Brilliance New York Boutique. A weekly fashion showcase by Beach Bunny swimwear will show you the latest trends in pool wear — because fashion matters just as much as size. Speaking of size, while you’re there, bone up on the 14-ounce bone-in filet ($49), or go bigger with the cowboy rib steak, a 34-ounce hunk of steer ($72).
