South Beach's eight best Presidents' Day parties, February 16 to 18
Of all federal holidays, the third Monday in February is often welcomed with very little fanfare. With the exception of a monthlong celebration in Alexandria, Virginia, and the annual George Fest in Eustis, Florida, Presidents' Day has become a cheap excuse for auto dealers to offer "zero down and zero percent financing!"
