In th Kitchen with Paula DaSilva

Get the goods from chef Paula DaSilva of hot-hot-hot 1500 Degrees at an interactive culinary demo and luncheon set for Saturday, June 18, at Coral Gables' historic Biltmore Hotel. From noon to 2 p.m., you can sip Champagne de Castellane Brut Rosé while DaSilva prepares whitewater clams with chorizo and cilantro in aji amarillo broth and seared beef tenderloin with sautéed spinach, stuffed onion gratin, and Cabernet sauce.
