Between Mixed Culture and Jahfe, there's enough Caribbeanism to send the night into a tropical inspired musical experience that can only be had in Miami, where Trenchtown meets South Beach. These two bands explore the heritage of sounds from countries like Jamaica, Haiti, Brazil, and Puerto Rico. They make unlimited world music with an easy skankin' tempo that sets your body moving as if by reflex. Everything you've heard about Jazid being amazing is true. For a club that has survived as long where it has doing what it does it has to be. The music doesn't dissappoint, the atmosphere is remarkable, the people watching is top notch, and again, the music is awesome.
