First there was De Rodriguez Cuba, then there was De Rodriguez Ocean, and then there was De Rodriguez Cuba on Ocean. Now you could say there is De Rodriguez Cuba on Oceans of Botran Rum. Until April 15, anyway, because that's how long Douglas Rodriguez's newly reconstituted SoBe restaurant is offering a special four-course dinner featuring dishes infused with the prized spirit of Guatamala. Try smoked marlin tacos, Florida lobster ceviche' or cocktails such as the Botran Lemongrass Ling. Cost is $99 per person.
