Vegans Thrive

The holidays may be over the but the credit card bills and 10 extra pounds remain. If you’re dead broke and fat, you’re pretty much SOL. . . except at the South Beach Whole Foods Market, where chef Sheryn Abalos of the vegan and raw food restaurant, T.H.R.I.V.E. will be teaching a Vegan Lean Cuisine class, preparing low-fat but full-flavored dishes to keep the pounds off and keep money in your pocket (because the class is free).
