He was accused of instigating a culture of political terror teetering on the brink of civil unrest. He sought to align two nations by breaking ties with a communist country. He delivered speeches so controversial and empowering that his government censured him. The former leader of the opposition party and ex-prime minister of Jamaica, Edward Seaga, is a onetime music promoter and record label owner who turned his attention to politics in the 1960s and never looked back — until now.
