More About
Ours is long and strong with a big, fat head. Lots of people have told us its the largest one theyve ever seen, even large enough to win a prize. When its hanging, slapped against our leg warming up, we can feel all the eyes at the bus stop staring at us. We know theyre jealous. We bet they wonder where were going. Thats when we hold up our monster and just enjoy the weight of it. After all, weve got the biggest beast in Dade, and were gonna show it off at Lizard Day at the Miami Science Museum.
This Sunday prizes will be given for the largest lizard, best in show, most unusual, and peoples pick not to mention a special junior herpetologist award, referring to that branch of zoology dealing with reptiles and amphibians. Really, it has nothing to do with those burning blisters on your schmeckle.
