Filmed in high-contrast black-and-white, Angel-A is heavily stylized. The New York Times called it more visually seductive than Amélie and the recent Paris Je TAime. It had its U.S. release in 2007, but you can see it this Thursday at Alliance Française. Although Francophiles will fill the audience, rest assured there will be subtitles.
