Scrap Heat

This season, the Eastern Conference has been all about the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic. But no team is entering the postseason hotter than the Miami Heat. Sure, they’ve been able to benefit from a cakewalk schedule, but that doesn’t mean they can’t dent a few asses in the playoffs. Other teams will have to contend with Dwyane Wade after all. But lately, Wade’s been getting big games from Jermaine O’Neal, Udonis Haslem, Quentin Richardson, and the Puerto Rican Michael Jordan, Carlos Arroyo.

Miami is 23-2 when it holds an opponent to under 90 points. No one wants to face this Heat right now, especially in the first round. Our guys might not win it all this season, but you can be damn sure they’ll bust a few balls along the way. The dudes better wear cups. The Heat takes on the New Jersey Nets this Wednesday at the American Airlines Arena.
