So its no surprise that Dinner in Paradise has become one of the must-do activities every winter for the foodie crowd. Heres how it works: this Sunday night, four chefs Gordon Maybury and Brett Rayon from The Loews Hotel Miami Beach, Philippe Pinon from the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, and Thorsten Leighty from Eden Roc will pick their ingredients Top Chef-style from the farms organic and fully-vegetarian fields for an original six-course meal served right then and there. Guests arrive at 6 p.m. for a tour and cocktail reception, with dinner beginning at 7. The price is quite healthy, but these dinners are your only chance to eat in Paradise; we think its worth it. Space is severely-limited, and reservations are a must.
