The nights competitors will be fellow celebrity chefs Jacques Pepin and Eric Ripert. Heres how it works: Bourdain will interview Pepin and Ripert about their backgrounds, best-selling cookbooks, and favorite restaurants, producing the kind of access a food lover could only dream of obtaining. And then, the two French master chefs will put their knives where their mouths are, so to speak, and prepare some favorite recipes while simultaneously answering audience questions. In other words, perfection. Tickets cost $25-$200, but if youre a VIP ticket holder, you also get to meet the chefs at a post-show cocktail party.
