The Haps in Broward/Palm Beach

Alligator Alley is unfortunately closing its doors for good. So if you're looking for some live music, you should spend the last two nights there. Tonight, Albert Castiglia and friends hit the stage, tomorrow Stonefox headlines. Rock 'n' Roll inductee Bonnie Raitt is playing the Pompano Beach Amphitheater tonight at 7:30. Rounding out the ultra-local shows: Tongues of the Heartworm are at Propaganda, Schoolboy Humor is at Talent Farm, and A Streetlight Anthem are at Solid Sound Studios. Tomorrow night, if you're not headed out to Alligator Alley, Set Your Goals is doing the whole pop-punk thing at Culture Room at 6:30, The Paperdolls play Propaganda, Venetian Snares is at Respectable Street, and the Poppa E Band is at the Downtowner Saloon. Sunday is a day for worship, and where better to worship than at the altar of Stryper? Seriously, you could skip church for this one and God would totally forgive you.
