Labor Day weekend is over, and if you're like us, you spent the past couple of days on the back of a boat with a handle of Nicaraguan rum, a bag of powdered doughnuts, and a pair of high-powered binoculars. In other words, Tuesday morning felt like a death sentence.

Experts will tell you nothing recharges a rum-soaked body better than yoga, and no one teaches it better in Miami than the folks at Green Monkey. Previously, you could find them only in South Miami, but you hedonists in Miami Beach — and we know there's more than a couple of you — are in luck, because this Monday, Green Monkey will open a brand-new studio (or "Tree House," as they refer to it) across the bay. Conveniently, the new location is right above Purdy Lounge, so after last call, you can just head upstairs for the early-morning class and undo your bad behavior. For a schedule and pricing, call 305-669-4949 or visit greenmonkey.net.
