Simple and Sweet

In the world of South Beach nightlife, clubs open, parties take off, promoters rise to fame, and then one day the promoter is gone and the building turns into an empanada shop. But not the Simple Life.

Held Thursday nights at Buck15, the Simple Life has been going strong for years thanks to Edison Farrow, a gay promoter who has a knack for rounding up cute young lads and packing them into the kitschy bar above Miss Yip’s Café for cheap drinks and fun music played by DJ/ drag impresario Daisy Deadpetals.

FYI: If you don’t like dancing and rubbing against other boys, Buck15 is not your venue. Of course, if that’s true, you probably have some complex issues, and life, when lived properly, really should be simple. No cover. Start lining up before 11 p.m.
