Well, you’d be participating in the Einsteina 5K Fun Run this Saturday at Peacock Park. There are no eggs and milk waiting for you at the finish line, just a high-five from the originator of the UTEP two-step, a sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that all proceeds from your $35 entry fee will go to New Beginnings International, a nonprofit that establishes safe housing and educational services for local at-risk mothers.
