As Arnold Schwarzenegger, AKA Mr. Freeze, says in Batman & Robin, the definitive database of cold-weather-related puns, "Tonight's forecast: A freeze is coming." Tonight being Thursday, that forecast refers specifically to Ice Bar at Hotel Victor, where at 8 p.m., it's time for Frost Bite Thursdays.

Give the hipster scene the cold shoulder and sidle up to the frozen bar for cocktails that, via the molecular gastronomy practiced by Ice Bar's mixologists, literally produce clouds of subzero smoke.
