If you ever thought that muscly, veiny pecs were anything less than beautiful, visit Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale’s Horvitz Auditorium and outdoor Sculpture Terrace in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale for “The Muscular Body as Living Art.” This exhibition is what happens when Nova Southeastern University and the 2009 NPC Southern States Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Bodybuilding Championships unite in the name of art. NPC Bodybuilders will literally be on display and up for discussion to explore the concept of body images throughout history. They'll play out "The Thinker," "Diana," and of course, Michaelangelo's David while you drool in 90-pound weakling fervor.
