You may party like an American the other six nights a week, but on Saturdays, hit Uva 69 for its weekly Arabian Nights shindig. This Saturday-evening chill-fest includes belly dancing (by pros, not you), hookah-puffing, Uva’s light fare and tapas, and a full bar — all framed by a backdrop of Middle Eastern décor and a DJ spinning funk, house, dub, hip-hop, world beat, and reggae. You’ll feel far removed from the Biscayne corridor, but that’s exactly where you’ll be sporting a bindi on your forehead and a henna tramp stamp poking out of your low-rise khakis. Admission is free, and the exotic groove runs until 3 a.m.
