The current season of the hit culinary show, "Hell's Kitchen," features two Floridian chefs going head-to-head for the crown: Danny Veltri, Executive Chef at Flip Flops Chill and Grill, and Paula DaSilva, Chef de Cuisine at 3030 Ocean. Well, the latter's feeling pretty confident because she's hosting not one, but two Hell's Kitchen Watch Partiesat her restaurant inside the Harbor Beach Marriott.

In honor of their boss, the kitchen staff is only doing early seatings for dinner, so by 9pm they'll be free to indulge in the complimentary prosecco, mojito's, caipirina's, and appetizers along with all of her fans. Swing by at 7pm on the 14th to see DaSilva rock a limo and red carpet arrival with her family.

Something tells us she knows she's not finishing in second.
