You don't need your passport to attend Miami's longest running World Music Festival. All you need is a pair of eardrums and a willingness to groove along to sounds that celebrate the evolution of African culture in our community. Today from 6 to 10:30 p.m., local artists reppin' locales from Haiti to Senegal to Brazil will jam at the North Beach Band Shell.
