Your girls’-nights-in have been fun, but it’s time for you and your collective of fierce females to take a night out. And this time you won’t need to rustle up dollars for Vince Black and Sage at Goldfellas. Support another group of women today by showing up at the SWAN Spoken Soul Showcase. Starting today, Brickell hangout Transit Lounge will be home to an event celebrating South Florida’s multicultural and multitalented female artists. The walls will be lined with awesome art and photography by Susan ALvarez and Yvette Ortiz; poet and performance artist Deborah Magdalena will give you words to feed your soul; and exotic baubles from Nadya will be around just waiting for you to drool over them. And if a dose of something that will make you gals feel good isn’t enough motivation - can you say "gift bags"?
