Whenever any small business survives its first two years in Miami, it's cause for celebration. Yes, the Upper Eastside Garden's Two-Year Anniversary Party should be something worth drinking home about. Musical duo Matt & Kim will perform, Sweat Records' Lolo Reskin will host, and they will debut a brand-new garden by landscape designer Edwina von Gal, in addition to a new mural by artist Martin Oppel.
