Have your weeknights gotten a little stale? Hungry for something different? When was the last time an event with some real flavor fired up your Thursday? Well then, how’d you like to swallow a nice, meaty chunk of Top Chef Tom Colicchio and his extensive culinary knowledge? Consider yourself served, courtesy of the programming kitchen at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, where Chef Colicchio will be cooking up something special beginning at 8 p.m. in the Knight Concert Hall. And while Tom is the main ingredient, the side dish is none other than former Top Chef contestant Jeffrey McInnis, head chef at the DiLido Beach Club.

The conversation is sure to be appetizing, chock full of succulent recipe ideas and spicy wit, and culminated by a live cooking demonstration by Colicchio. How’s that for a main course? Hmm, can you almost taste it? Then put down your knife and fork and pick up that phone. Hurry up! This offer’s getting cold!
