Some would say that to wear a mask on any day other than Halloween is the mark of eccentricity. Could you imagine walking into your boss’s office and see him sitting at his desk sporting a rubber interpretation of Dubya’s face? Or your mom baking a pie with a Zorro-inspired glittery piece of fabric swathing her face? Fashion designer-turned-artist Rossano Ferrari has created a collection of pieces portraying masks that evoke none of the weird connotations. The goal of Sensual Masks of Desire is to show people how to let go of their inhibitions and put their desires on display using bold, bright colors and sensual imagery.

The masks Ferrari has created float over tufts of fire, engage in lustful embraces, and participate in seemingly endless orgies. Of course, the collection will be on display at SoBe’s only den of tantalizing artistry, the World Erotic Art Museum. Admission is $15, and you must be at least 18 to even step foot inside the joint.
