The formula is simple: Macy’s gives tickets to charities, the charities sell the tickets to you, and you hit the mall to shop till you drop while getting either 10 or 20 percent off of your purchases. The organizations keep 100 percent of the ticket sales and you get to do something good for your community, because they don’t call it retail therapy for nothing.
