Get your Ph.D. in bOINK-ing today.
Published on March 13, 2008
So maybe your college years consisted of spending afternoons at the library and nights with your face buried in a book. If you were being studious while your classmates were having sex, sex, and more sex, its not too late (or illegal) for you to get in on the action. Boink magazine is the first student-run porn magazine, and its offshoot, a new book called Boink: College Sex by the People Having It, is hitting our fair burg as a part of its eight-city Spring Break Boink Bus Tour.
Tired of the Barbie-esque models who grace the pages of Playboy and Penthouse? Boinks editor, Alecia Oleyourryk, says theres none of that within the sometimes-sticky pages of her magazine. We dont airbrush [the photos], we dont do hair, and we dont do makeup to make them look perfect, she explains. Its kind of voyeuristic because its just pictures of people going about their daily lives. Another thing: The mag features not only girls but also guys, straights, gays, and bis. Oh, and there are also plenty of articles for you to read. Meet Oleyourryk, her staff, and featured models on Ocean Drive today and March 15 starting at 10 a.m. Visit www.get-boinked.com for a preview.
