A jewelry connoisseur you're not; the last time you saw a real diamond, you were at Dolphin Stadium checking out a Marlins game. Don't worry, this weekend you'll learn the ins and outs of all types of baubles, from vintage and rare antique pieces to gemstones and timepieces at the Miami Beach Antique Jewelry and Watch Show.

Beginning today and running through this Sunday at the Miami Beach Convention Center, jewelers from around the world will show off their wares. Whether you're seriously shopping or -- our favorite -- window shopping, you're sure to come across some to-die-for pieces. “There's a little bit of everything there,” says the show's manager, Andrea Canday. “You can find some really good buys if you're not looking to spend a lot of money, and there are a lot of expensive things if you're looking for that special piece.” The show is open today from 11:00 to 7:00, but the $15 admission buys you three days of bejeweled fun.
