“What time is it? Party time! That’s right -- say it loud!” Do you know what song this is from? Those are bona fide lyrics from Disney’s High School Musical movie franchise, which is only, like, the hottest film phenomenon in the universe. If you have seen it, you probably have a relative under the age of 14, and therefore you’ll be extremely popular when you buy tickets to High School Musical: The Ice Touras it skates through South Florida. After all, what would a Disney show be without an ice tour?

We must admit it’s a perfect fit. “Getcha Head in the Game” already looks ideal for ice skating, what with the basketball players dancing around in formation. Yes, everyone is talking about the not-that-racy nude photos of HSM’s star, Vanessa Hudgens, but that has nothing to do with this ice show. Hudgens won’t even be there. So round up some kids and go see the show. If you don’t have access to anyone under the age of 14, you probably know some gay men who are secretly dying for an excuse to see it, tonight at the AmericanAirlines Arena at 7:30.
