Our local basketball season came to a pretty pathetic end, and the Marlins continue to flail about, in their standard mediocre fashion, to a typically empty stadium. What’s a local sports fan to do? Come out today and throw all of your support behind Miami FC, that’s what. We’re currently ranked fourth in the United Soccer League First Division, evenly matched against today’s opponents, the Rochester Raging Rhinos.

Despite that team’s fierce and fear-inducing name, we’re sure our local boys can kick their collective ass. We’ve got the advantage in terms of year-round outdoor practice ability and an engaged and talented selection of local players who have grown up in a culture that celebrates the sport to the fullest. Now all we need is an enthusiastic crowd to cheer our boys on.
