The 7:00 a.m. skies over Miami look as if they were yanked out of a paint-by-numbers book, all purple and orange and pink. Imagine your silhouette doing the downward dog with a backdrop like that. The soothing nature of the colors and the crispness of the fresh morning air will make you feel at one with nature, thereby authenticating your wobbly tree pose. And that just might do your chakras some good. These sunrise sessions are sixteen dollars for one hour, $21 for ninety minutes, and $144 for a class card good for ten hours. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
