Miami

It Takes Two

It's about time (to tango): Finally New Times has discovered that there is more than salsa in Miami's nightlife. Alexandra Quiñones's article, "Midnight Glimpse: Amadeus Bar" (April 5), on Tuesday tango nights at the Ritz-Carlton is a bit like reinventing the wheel, but still a good addition to the exploration of the underworld of Argentine tango. With nine milongas a week, it was about time that New Times discovered that not all is Cuban in Miami — and rightly so, since after all this is a Latin city. Cheers!
