Sneaker heads are everywhere these days. You can catch them posted up at your local downtown shops, corner stores, or even confessing their addictions on Tyra Banks’s daytime talk show. If you’re a fiend for sneaks, you need to check out the Battle of the Kicks tonight and the last Tuesday of every month at Buck 15, hosted by Keen One, Joel Meinholz, and Philly Mike.

“Sneaker heads from all corners of Miami come to showcase and battle out their freshest kicks, with both male and female winners walking away with prizes as rare as their kicks,” says Keen One. Shoes are judged by special guests with knowledge of the sneaker culture, such as Fat Joe. Music will be provided by DJs Tom Laroc, Keen One, and Safe Stadick. The battle will be from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. and is open to all ages, with an afterparty for those 21 and up following the fashionable competition.
