Indie rock shindig Off the Radar is about to enter its terrible twos. For us humans, that phrase might mean dirtier diapers and temper tantrums, but Off the Radar’s second anniversary bash at PS 14 will feature live music and drink specials instead of soggy Pampers and drool-covered pacifiers. New York’s own Tigercity will perform their dancey Eighties-influenced rock after local fellas Modernage get the party started. Resident DJs Ray Milian, Danny Ashe, Dakota Brody, and Matt Cash will spin underground hits afterward.

Unlike parties where guests provide gifts, this celebration will have complimentary goodies for its visitors. R. Grimes will be silk-screening free T-shirts, and the Off the Radar 2.0 compilation CD is up for grabs to the first 300 people in the door.
