Dust off your blades and get the good times rollin’ at the seventh annual Great EsSkate Weekend. This superhip inline-skating tour features a weekend of nonstop fun that’ll have you singing “Rollin’ on the o-ocean!” for the rest of the week. On Saturday, February 10, a live DJ will host a picnic on the beach, and later that night, you’ll be able to roll into the afterparty with no problem (please leave your skates at home). The weekend promises three days and nights when the streets of Miami and South Beach will (finally) be safe for you and your fellow roller-girls and -boys, thanks to police escorts. The fundraising event costs $90. Proceeds will benefit Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy and related charities. All rollers must wear helmets and night skates.
