Few among us need a particular reason to savor a glass of wine on a cool Friday evening. Had a rough week? That calls for a bottle of Pinot Noir. Broke a nail? Some rosé will turn that frown upside down. Despite the physical and psychological benefits vino can provide, the tipple tastes even sweeter when it is being served for a righteous cause. This evening at Norman Brothers Produce, raise a glass at the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation fundraiser. Delicious nibbles will be served along with dozens of fine imported wines. The Las Haber Quartet will add a touch of jazz to the classy, low-key affair this evening from 8:00 to 11:00.
