Andalusian FusionBy Patrice Elizabeth Grell YursikPublished on October 12, 2006In a city like Miami, it is entirely possible to forget that some of our most popular dishes are imported. Spanish tapas have become so popular here that just about every sit-down restaurant offers some variation of the small-plate delicacies. Now the Ritz-Carlton South Beach has joined the fun by offering Tapas & Tinis, an irresistible combination of Miami favorites that mixes indigenous Spanish zest with American crowd pleasers. Dishes include patatas bravas, a crisp basket of fries served with salsa; corn dogs de chorizo y tinto, spiced with paprika and roasted garlic; and chicken wings served with blue cheese cream.
