With Usher languishing in the Broadway production of Chicago, and Michael Jackson kickin' it in the Middle East behind a burqa or two, the tap shoes must fall to seventeen-year-old R&B ingénue Chris Brown to dance the ladies right out of their hot pants via his puppy-dog-sweet tunes and gravity-defying light feet. Singer/songwriter Ne-Yo joins Brown on the Up Close and Personal Tour but is not quite as much of a dancing dynamo, if we're to keep it absolutely real here. Rappers Juelz Santana and Lil' Wayne, and ATL snap kings and queens Dem Franchize Boyz and Cherish will help make this a well-rounded and lively show for more than just the people who like sugar and spice and everything nice in a big arena concert.
