We know you have had a busy summer playing indoors with that cute boy you met at the pool, but you really need to get out of the house and expose yourself to a little culture. Tonight from 7:00 to 9:00, you two can gaze at the stunning photography of “Game Face: What Does a Female Athlete Look Like?” while sipping on free Bacardi cocktails and munching on hors d’oeuvres from Chartwells Catering during the Last Chance LoweDown. The Lowe Art Museum’s monthly happy-hour event is coinciding with the closing reception of this popular traveling exhibit that celebrates girl power in every sport imaginable: from dogsledding to discus, horseracing to kayaking, and swimming to surfing. Admission is free. Call 305-284-3603, or visit www.lowemuseum.org.
