Barrie’s classic tale of eternal youth, Peter Pan, Barry and Pearson’s Peter and the Shadow Thieves continues the page-turning tale of 2004’s Peter and the Starcatchers. In the latest tale, Peter and Tinker Bell leave Mollusk Island for the dank and seedy streets of London in order to help their friend Molly, and along the way they encounter a deadly beast, Lord Ombra. Arrr! Celebrate the book’s release at a special pirate party tonight at Books & Books. Dress like a pirate, raise your sword, and yo-ho-ho to the beat of warrior drums beginning at 6:00.
