Easy, Breezy Breathing

After spending three days trying to ignore your battling co-workers’ screams, you need more than an e-mail of cute kitten photos to help you relax. Let the breezes of Biscayne Bay and gentle TriYoga stretches release that pain in your neck. Acupuncturist and yoga instructor Dashi Chu Kocica will guide you through posture and breathing exercises on the lush lawn of the Barnacle every Wednesday. Yoga by the Sea is offered for all levels from 6:00 to 7:30. (Stormy weather will move the class into the pavilion.) Classes cost $13, which includes park admission.
