"We stopped talking about him," Kogan says, noticeably disgusted. "He was pretty much our stalker; he thinks he's psychically connected to us. He'd give us notes with cum dried all over them. The last time he showed up to a Lunachicks show, I think Squid cracked her bass over his head. He's just the creepiest freak/stalker/asshole, so when it's mentioned, it's ... it's revolting."

Okay, so some memories are best left alone. But at least they are just memories; Dino hasn't bothered stalking the male-dominated Skyscrapers. Either way, now we know why Kogan doesn't mind the rednecks so much.
