An Offer You Can’t Refuse

As Jack Woltz said in The Godfather: “Now you listen to me, you smooth-talking son of a bitch. Let me lay it on the line for you.” Today at Two Chefs, there’s gonna be a cookin’ class. But not just any cookin’ class. This is the Mama MIA cookin’ class. All you food freaks and gourmet goombahs are gonna learn traditional Italian cookin’. We’re talkin’ bruschetta, fresh mozzarella caprese, made-from-scratch pizza, calzones, wild mushroom lasagna, pork chops Sardinian style, potato gnocchi, traditional sauces, and, of course, tiramisu. It is an intimate event, so everyone who shows will receive hands-on experience, learn the family secrets, and pick up basic cooking techniques from master chefs. At the end, everyone will feast. The event begins at 11:00 a.m. in the private wine room and cooking classroom of Two Chefs.
