For three days the Miami Beach Convention Center will turn into something different ... something unique ... something muy delicioso! Legendary Latin cuisine headlines Fispal Latino 2, the World’s largest Latin food fair. Today and Thursday the Camacol 27th Hemispheric Congress takes center stage — though this event is solely for industry personnel. But on Friday, May 12, the doors swing wide open for the public. Sample treats from more than twenty countries, including Spain and many areas of Latin America. Browse through 15,000 products from 400 companies representing all sectors of the food and beverage industry. Highlights include the Gourmet Show, Product of the Year Awards, and an industry forum discussing ethanol production, titled “Sugarcoating the Fuel Economy.”
