Another day, another fad diet. In the wake of the Atkins and South Beach diet crazes, a new crop of weight loss advice plans are vying for shelf space. The latest buzzword is Mediterranean. Evoking images of sultry Parisian nights and hot Greek island hopping days, the region’s food has become the next big thing. American neurophysiologist Dr. Will Clower has created The French Don’t Diet Plan, a delicious lifestyle overhaul that encourages Americans to enjoy not only stinky cheeses, flaky croissants, and creamy sauces in moderation, but also the food’s flavor.
