Burnie, the hilarious, if smelly, mascot. DJ Irie spinning tunes. The smokin’ Heat dancers. The Golden Oldies, a hot senior version of the Heat dancers. The Jr. Jam, a children’s troupe of dancers. The Fireball Express, that 1952 fire truck set up outside the American Airlines Arena on game nights so fans can shoot hoops while an annoying announcer distracts them. The Heat Store, where you can pick up a Dwyane Wade All-Star jersey and other cool merch. Michael Baiamonte, the live announcer. Various fan participation promotions. The view from the mezzanine. See? There are plenty of reasons to check out the game against the Golden State Warriors tonight at 7:30. Seriously, the guard-heavy guys from Cal aren’t all that bad, just a few losses under .500, the sort of team the Heat simply can’t afford to lose to during the second half of the season. Tickets range from $10 to $300. Call 305-577-HEAT, or visit www.heat.com.
