Based on the perfunctory idea of London's substance-induced stories, the Crystal Method's changeable beat structures, such as those in "Fire to Me" (a collaboration with Hyper), successfully capture the frantic, fluctuating emotions of those states. The urgency and mayhem of chemically altered conditions, both internally and externally, are accurately reflected in "Onesixteen."
