With a father who accompanied Miles Davis on piano and a brother who played bass for George Benson, DJ Disciple seems destined for musical greatness. Disciple has spent the past few years burning up NYC's underground scene with his eclectic mix of garage, disco, Latin, and hard house. Last year he released his debut album, My True Colors, on his own Catch 22 Recordings imprint. The disc was a dance-floor smash and was praised by everyone from Billboard to Muzik Magazine, which described it as "sheer, unadulterated pleasure." Be sure to drop by Nocturnal to catch one of underground dance music's brightest stars.
